Refund & Return Policy – Soliz Sales
At Soliz Sales, every item is custom designed and produced specifically for your order. Because of the personalized nature of challenge coins, engravings, and custom metalwork, all sales are final once artwork is approved or production has begun.
Custom Orders (Coins, Engraving, Medals, Buckles, Plaques)
- Custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.
- Once design proofs are approved, the order enters production and cannot be canceled.
- If there is a mistake on our part (wrong color, wrong design, wrong quantity), we will replace or remake the item at no cost to you.
Non-Custom Items
- Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
- Contact us at sales@solizsales.com
- within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We will replace the item or issue a store credit depending on the situation
Order Changes
If you need to change your order:
- Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order
- Changes may not be possible once production has begun
Refunds (If Approved)
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
